      Flagging Alerts

       Flagging Alerts

      Flagging alerts provides you with an effective means of identifying alerts for different reasons.

      This might be used when multiple people participate in the review process. For information on using flagging in a multiparty review workflow, see Creating a Multiparty Review Workflow.

      To flag an alert:

      1. In the Main workspace, select Monitor > Alerts. The Alert window appears.
      2. Right-click on the alert whose status you want to change. The right-click menu is displayed.
      3. Select the desired status, as described in the table Alert Flags below.
