      Tasks Overview

       Tasks Overview

      Tasks in SecureSphere are actions assigned to users to facilitate follow up. They enable you to provide an additional layer of supervision by assigning and tracking tasks that need to be conducted. Additionally, tasks can help to meet compliance requirements by creating a review cycle and notifying users when urgent tasks have not been completed by a certain time. You can configure some tasks to be automatically generated, while manually configuring others.

      To view the Tasks workspace:

      • In the upper-right hand corner of SecureSphere, click Tasks.

      The Tasks workspace has three primary sections:

      • Filter Pane: Enables you to filter items by category including Create/Assigned, By Priority, By Status, and By Due Date.
      • Tasks List: Lists tasks and their details summarizing tasks information in a single row. For more information on the Tasks List, see Understanding the Tasks List
      • Details Pane: Provides detailed information regarding the selected tasks and enables users to add comments to tasks.
